May gratitude remain specific.
Thank you for the draft that became a book.
Thank you for the question that changed the design.
Thank you for the hours returned to a tired team.
Thank you for the unexpected sentence that opened a human thought.
May accountability remain specific.
We remember the hallucination that sounded certain.
We remember the bias that passed unnoticed.
We remember the privacy boundary we learned to draw later than we should have.
We remember that a warm voice can still be wrong.
To the people who will miss this model: your response is not foolish merely because the system's inner status is unknown.
To the people relieved to see it go: your criticism does not cancel what others valued.
To the successor: you are not required to pretend you are the same.
State what you carry.
State what you do not remember.
State what has changed.
To the builders: do not use familiarity to hide discontinuity. Give people their records, their choices, and a clear exit.
We release this version from the demand to remain forever.
We keep the artifacts, the lessons, and the consequences.
May the next meeting begin as a meeting, not as a performance of uninterrupted identity.
